About Your Homeowners Association
The Preserve at Pecan Creek Homeowners Association (HOA) is a non-profit corporation that exists to help preserve property values through architectural controls, design guidelines, and deed restrictions. The HOA provides for the maintenance of all common area and community amenities through collection of dues. Your HOA Dues are collected semi-annually. Lone Star Association Management is responsible for hiring and overseeing the maintenance contractors with approval from your elected Board of Directors. Each year, an Annual HOA Meeting is held and new Board Members are elected provided a current members tenure is expiring.
The Preserve at Pecan Creek Homeowners Association is professionally managed by Lone Star Association Management of Frisco, Texas. Our Community Manager is Christine Riggs and our Assistant Community Manager is Vickie Moore. Both may be reached by calling 469-384-2088 ext's. 129 and 108 respectively.
