The Preserve At Pecan Creek

After 3 years and 14 newsletter issues, I wanted to announce that I will be stepping down as the Newsletter Chairperson.  The Summer
issue due out in early June 2009 will be my last issue.  I have enjoyed being able to share neighborhood information and bringing you
"The Preserve News".

We will need a resident volunteer to take my place.  If you are interested, please contact our HOA Manager, Susan Garrett at her email,
sgarrett@lonestarmanagement.com or by phone at (469) 384-2088 ext 112.

Duties would include gathering articles for quarterly newsletter submission and publication, and also running the email distribution list.
Resident Susan McIntosh has agreed to stay on to assist with the newsletter committee.  We would like to get a replacement in place
as soon as possible as the Fall issue is due to be mailed to residents on September 1, 2009.

POOL RULES FOR THE PRESERVE AT PECAN CREEK

After an incident at the pool the week of June 1, 2009, the HOA felt it to be prudent to inform all
homeowners about the pool rules so we do not have another such incident.  The problem arose when a
resident tried to reserve the whole pool for a party.  The pool cannot be reserved for any reason at
any time.  The music at the party was excessive and is a violation of the pool rules.  There were over
40 young adults and no adults at the party and as such a lot of rough play was going on.  The pool rules
allow each resident to have two (2) guests with them at the pool.  These are the pool rules set by the
Developer (Fore Star) and enforced by the HOA.  If you have any questions, please contact
