the Adult Swim Waiver form on the Residents Center page and send it to Mendy Howard of Lone Star. She will set your cards to work

POOL RULES FOR THE PRESERVE AT PECAN CREEK
After an incident at the pool the week of June 1, 2009, the HOA felt it to be prudent to inform all homeowners about the pool rules
so we do not have another such incident. The problem arose when a resident tried to reserve the whole pool for a party. The pool
cannot be reserved for any reason at any time. The music at the party was excessive & a violation of pool rules. There were
over 40 young adults & no adults at the party & as such a lot of rough play was going on. The rules allow each resident to have
two (2) guests with them at the pool. These are rules set by the Developer (Fore Star) & enforced by the HOA. If you have questions, please contact Susan Garret at Lone Star Association Management at (469) 384-2088 ext. 112 or Susan Garrison at ext. 131.
